It all started in a startup meeting. One startup had a good product idea. But they could not find people. Finding qualified IT people in Germany is problem. The problem becomes more acute for small companies and startups. The bootstrapped founder companies mostly have founders and tend to grow with time. They are busy in wearing different hats from marketing, programming, product development to many activities. Although they want to hire people and have a budget for that. They could not hire people only because of time. It does not only reduces economic potential but also indirectly hurts lives. Equally it is hard to see opportunities being passed up because the available people did not get the message. In the current fast world, competition is high to get qualified people. Having time advantage to tap candidates is always useful.

Every problem represents an opportunity. Initially, we developed product for finding candidates and matching correct jobs with them. Based on market analysis and demands of current time, the job and application management system made available with required features. It is simple to use and yet flexible enough to adapt various recruitment flows. The automated system with manual control helps to increase productivity.

Then in 2020, we started 'Managed Hiring' service specified tailored for recruitment for companies.
